WRDA Reauthorization

The House is likely to name conferees this week for H.R. 3080, the Water Resources Reform and Redevelopment Act of 2013 (WRRDA). The Senate appointed conferees last week, and staff-level discussions have already begun.  We expect there to be a conference agreement by early next year at latest, and quite possibly before the end of the year.
